Clear to Close!
Michelle told me everything to expect upfront and told me I could close in 30 days or less. I was very skeptical because the past few times it has taken much longer and tons of red tape. To my (very pleasant) surprise, I submitted docs and had a conditional approval less than a week later. After appraisal came back good, Michelle called me with a “clear to close” and set the closing time for a couple days later. Even then I thought something would get held up, but sure enough we closed a few days later. I can only say that I will NEVER use an online only service again. The local touch and service exceeded expectations.

The Catalina Foothills community includes some of Arizona’s most expensive homes and land, and has the highest median property value. It also includes resorts, golf courses, and spas.
TModern development of the Catalina Foothills dates back to the early 1920s. Prior to that time, the Catalina Foothills area was primarily federal trust land and open range for cattle grazing. Beginning in the 1920s, John Murphey began purchasing property north of River Road in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains.
